LUSD is far from being a stablecoin. More than 75% of the circulating supply is in the stability pool, which is the main use case for the token (I.e to liquidate other users), aside from the users who are playing the chicken in/out game, passing on the baton like a hot potato before the whole thing dies out. There is absolutely no use case for LUSD outside of their game ecosystem.
